How to Re-target on SMS Channel with Corefactors CRM
Re-targeting is the process of targeting the customers or leads who are all interested in previous campaigns based on their click rate etc.
Navigation -> Menu Bar -> Marketing-> SMS+-> Campaign Report -> Action-> Re-target
By clicking on the re-target option, we will re-target the SMS again in the campaign for the same content as well as the different content.
- The Re-targeting process can be initiated for the campaigns that are already completed.
- In re-targeting you are allowed to select the type of content. There are
- Same Content – The content you have used for the previous campaign can be used as is.
- Different Content- You can change the content so the campaign.
- And follow the other steps for triggering the Campaign.
