Yes, it is possible to change the lead fields according to my business needs, to do so, follow the below steps:

Navigation: Go to Lead Box -> Lead configuration -> Field Customization

  • Click on Fields Column
  • Select Add Fields option
  • Few fields would be fixed fields and few can be added/modified as per the business needs.
